The MOEORW-W314 (400kV-30kJ)Impulse Voltage Test System is suitable for impulse voltage testing of power transmission and transformation equipment. It can generate various standard waveforms and its core components include four main parts:

Charging components include a rectifier, charging transformer, and automatic grounding device, supporting constant current charging.

Generator body: pulse capacitor, various resistors, ignition ball gap, insulating support, tower structure.

Control console: PLC measurement and control system, with display and operation modules, supporting both manual and automatic control.

Measurement equipment: weakly damped capacitive voltage divider, oscilloscope, measurement cable; accurate measurement with anti-interference capability.

 

Product Introduction

 

This series of Lightning Impulse Voltage Test Set is mainly used to generate standard full-wave lightning impulse voltage, chopped lightning impulse voltage, oscillating lightning impulse voltage wave, standard operating impulse voltage wave, oscillating operating impulse voltage wave, and steep-wave impulse voltage wave for impulse voltage testing and other scientific experiments on insulators, air gaps, bushings, power transformers, surge arresters, GIS and other power transmission and transformation equipment.

This series of impulse voltage generators adopts an epoxy-supported tower structure, with a stage voltage of 100 kV. The impulse voltage generators feature advanced technical specifications, a compact structure, and an attractive appearance.

It can generate standard lightning impulse voltage full wave of ±1.2/50 microsecond, lightning impulse voltage chopped wave with chopped time in the range of 2 to 6 microseconds, oscillating lightning impulse voltage wave with wavefront time not exceeding 15 microseconds, standard operating impulse voltage wave of ±250/2500 microseconds, oscillating operating impulse voltage wave with wavefront time greater than 100 microseconds, and steep impulse voltage waves of various steepness (e.g., 1000 kV/microsecond, 2500 kV/microsecond).

30. Control Section

It can be manually controlled, constant current charging, charging voltage instability is no greater than ±1%, the deviation of charging voltage from reference voltage is no greater than ±1%, and the adjustable accuracy of charging voltage is ±1%.

31. The support frame, DC charging unit, etc. can be expanded as required, up to the 1500kV level. Sufficient safety space and distance must be ensured at the test site.

●​​​​​​​ Strict protection : single-point grounding design with grounding resistance ≤0.5Ω; multiple protections including overvoltage/overcurrent/limit/emergency stop; alarm bell warning; two-person operation required for testing; contact with high-voltage end is strictly prohibited before discharge is complete.
