The Wuhan Moen Intelligent MOEORW-W320-25kA Impulse Current Test System is designed for indoor high-voltage testing. It has a rated impulse current of 25kA and is compatible with national/IEC testing standards.

Lightning Impulse Current Test Set features a 4-level tower structure, intelligent measurement and control, and manual/automatic operation, enabling the generation of multiple types of shock waves with accurate measurement and comprehensive safety protection.

The MOEORW-W320-25kA impulse current generator is an indoor high-voltage testing device developed by Wuhan Moen Intelligent Electric Co., Ltd. With a rated impulse current of 25kA, it is suitable for various impulse current testing needs in the power industry. 2. Inrush current measuring shunt

Structure: The shunt is a shielded coaxial shunt made of manganese copper sheet, which features stable measurement and good response characteristics.

▲ It is suitable for harsh indoor environments, with a grounding resistance requirement of <0.5Ω, and has comprehensive anti-interference and anti-potential measures.

▲ The charging system is a thyristor constant current voltage regulator with a bilateral symmetrical voltage multiplier. The voltage deviation and instability are both ≤±1%, with an accuracy of 1%, and it can automatically switch polarity.

▲ The main body is a 4-stage tower-type combined structure, which is convenient for disassembly, assembly and testing. The single-stage rated voltage is 150kV, and it can switch to generate lightning waves, switching impulse voltage waves and short-circuit impulse currents.

▲ The core components have excellent performance: the pulse capacitor has good insulation and strong tensile strength; the resistor is wound without inductance; and the shunt/voltage divider has high measurement accuracy and fast response.

▲ The measurement and control system is intelligent, controlled by an industrial computer and PLC, with a sampling rate of 1.25GS/S, supporting both manual and automatic operation, and can activate emergency manual function in case of failure. It also features automatic waveform analysis and report output.
