MOEORW-WZY15 power frequency withstand voltage test device consists of a control console and test transformer, adopting advanced microchip processing technology and 7-inch touch screen human-machine interaction.


The equipment is designed to test the insulation strength of electrical products, components and insulating materials, to detect insulation defects and assess overvoltage resistance capacity of test samples.


It supports fully automatic unattended testing and manual independent control, with complete voltage, current and timing real-time digital display, automatic voltage regulation, data storage, printing and fault alarm functions. It is stable, safe and easy to move, and is essential testing equipment for power maintenance departments.

Safety Operation Module

 

High Voltage Safety Warning

1. All terminals, test rods and wires may carry lethal high voltage during operation; sparks will occur when plugging cables, strictly prevent electric shock.
2. Mandatory grounding: Console, test transformer and test sample must connect to reliable ground grid (ground resistance ≤0.5Ω) before power on.
3. Operation rule: Always confirm voltage drops to zero and fully discharge test sample with special discharge rod before disconnecting wires.
4. Site management: Set warning signs around test area, prohibit irrelevant personnel entering the high voltage zone.
5. Emergency handling: Press "Pause" for temporary hold; press "Stop Test" or red emergency stop button for full power cut and auto voltage drop in accidents.

 

Wiring Diagram Reference

1. Connect AC380V power supply to console input terminal.
2. Link console output port to test transformer input port, connect transformer ground and high-voltage tail to earth.
3. Install protective resistor between transformer high voltage end and test sample, connect divider parallel to test sample.
4. Sequence: Ground first, then high voltage wire; Disconnect high voltage wire first, then ground after test.
