3. Incorporates a new-generation time relay for an extended timing range.
4. Utilises a new-generation current relay for enhanced precision and reliability, ensuring personnel and equipment safety.
5. Rational structure, compact size, and lightweight design.
6. Insulation configuration: Employing the 'distance effect' principle of transformer oil, multi-layered insulation divides internal insulation into multiple oil channels, enhancing insulation integrity while reducing overall volume.
7. Resolves oil leakage issues in TDM series transformers. As TDM series transformers lack oil reservoirs, oil expansion during high temperatures causes leakage from oil nozzles. This series positions the oil filling port atop the bushings, connecting the oil within the bushings to that within the core. Thus, these bushings serve not only to house silicon stacks, short-circuit rods, and series excitation rods, but also function as the transformer's oil reservoir.
8. This series employs metal fixed leads and voltage equalisation, thereby eliminating discharge phenomena.
9. The tank features a compact structure, novel appearance, small footprint, and light weight.
10. The core employs a single-frame design using DQ-type 0.30mm cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel laminations, secured with novel specialised fasteners replacing conventional core-penetrating bolts. The coil adopts a concentric cylindrical, multi-layer tower structure.
