MOEORW-W690 is a multi-channel temperature & humidity inspection instrument for automatic cyclic detection and recording of temperature & humidity field distribution and variation. It complies with JJF1101-2003 (environmental test equipment calibration) and JJF1376-2012 (box-type resistance furnace calibration), supporting automatic calculation of fluctuation, uniformity, deviation and other performance parameters. It is widely used for verification and calibration of various temperature & humidity equipment, providing reliable testing, analysis and management tools for production, scientific research and metrology.

Q: How to connect sensors correctly?
A: ●RTD: 2 red wires to pin 1/3, 2 black wires to pin 2/4 (7-core socket)
●Thermocouple: positive to pin 1/3, negative to pin 2/4
●Humidity: connect Rotronic probe to 3-core socket as per pin definition
Q: Why is measurement inaccurate?
A: ●Insufficient preheating (at least 30 minutes)
●Calibration cycle too short (recommend ≥ total enabled channels × 1s)
●Unused channels not closed; sensor or wiring fault
●No periodic calibration (recommend calibration once per year)
Q: How to export inspection data?
A: Insert U-disk → enter File Record → select file → Data Export; system auto-saves to TEMPHUMI/HISTORY/date/FILExx.xls
Q: Can humidity be measured for resistance furnace?
A: No. When device type is set to box-type resistance furnace, humidity channels are forced disabled.
Q: How to set the center point for resistance furnace?
A: Enter data analysis → Center Point Setting; select any enabled channel as the center point (default: smallest channel number).
