Handheld 10A DC Resistance Tester

The machine features a handheld design, with the main unit measuring only 252 x 160 x 65 mm and weighing 2 kg. It comes with a dedicated outer casing, making it small in size and lightweight, and easy to move around on-site.

Adopting a brand-new power supply technology, it offers a wide range of output current levels (up to 10A), high measurement accuracy (most levels are accurate to ±(0.2%+2 digits)), a minimum resolution of 0.1μΩ, good repeatability, and strong anti-interference capability, enabling rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance.

The entire machine is controlled by a high-speed single-chip microcomputer, with a high degree of automation. It is equipped with a touch screen operation mode with clear operation prompts. It supports sample information setting and quick switching of test levels, and can complete the measurement without complicated operation.

It features automatic discharge and discharge alarm functions to ensure the safety of test personnel and equipment; it supports local storage, USB flash drive storage, and printing of test results, and allows querying and deleting of historical data; it is equipped with a USB interface and charging port, offering strong functional expandability and ease of use.

The output terminal is equipped with a discharge circuit, which will automatically discharge in the event of sudden power failure or inductive load measurement. At the same time, there will be a clear status prompt when the range is exceeded, and the overall protection mechanism of the device is comprehensive.

Powered by a 14.8V 5200mAh battery, it requires no external AC power, making it suitable for testing environments without power supply and meeting the battery life requirements for outdoor operations.

Factory tests are conducted on semi-finished and finished products during transformer manufacturing to detect fundamental issues such as winding welding quality and inter-turn short circuits.

After transformer installation, overhaul, and handover testing following tap changer changes, verify the tap changer contact status and consistency between actual and indicated positions.

The power sector conducts preventative tests to check for faults such as broken transformer leads and broken strands in multi-strand conductors, ensuring the normal operation of equipment.
