Product Introduction
The MOEORW-WTW45 Microcomputer-Based Relay Protection Tester (also known as Relay Test Set or Three-Phase Relay Protection Calibrator) is a portable comprehensive test platform designed for full-function testing of power system relay protection devices, automatic safety devices, and various electrical secondary equipment. It is widely used in on-site commissioning and periodic calibration at substations, power plants, rail transit systems, and large industrial enterprises.
The product conforms to the industry standard DL/T 624-2010 "Technical Conditions for Microcomputer-Based Relay Protection Test Devices" . It is suitable for step-by-step verification of traditional electromagnetic relays (signal relays, time relays, auxiliary relays) as well as complex logic testing of modern microcomputer-based protection devices (line protection, transformer differential protection, busbar protection, automatic transfer switch), truly achieving "one machine, multiple applications."
Core Technology Architecture
DSP+FPGA Dual-Engine Digital Processing: The dual-chip architecture features a TI 6000 series DSP paired with an FPGA, achieving fundamental wave output with 2000 data points per cycle – far exceeding the conventional 64 points/cycle. Phase resolution of 0.1° and frequency resolution of 0.01Hz ensure reliable results in high-precision scenarios such as differential protection knee-point testing and synchronizing closing angle verification.
High-Fidelity Linear Amplifier: Imported high-power linear modules with direct-coupled output maintain extremely low waveform distortion and zero crossover distortion across the full output range (from milliampere level to 30A). Built-in intelligent temperature control and hardware time-limited protection with microsecond-level response time completely eliminate amplifier burnout risk.

16-Bit DAC and Software Self-Calibration: The 16-bit DAC with active low-pass filter delivers superior amplitude resolution and temperature stability. Full software self-calibration eliminates potentiometer trimming, removing the effects of vibration, temperature drift, and aging on accuracy. Factory calibration uses a 6.5-digit multimeter per phase. Accuracy: current source 0.2% ±5mA, voltage source 0.2% ±5mV, DC source 0.5% ±5mA.
Output Capability: Standard four-phase voltage (4×120V) + three-phase current (3×30A, 90A parallel) , voltage source 75VA per phase (100VA line-voltage mode), current source total parallel power 800VA. Panel equipped with independent 110V (1A) / 220V (0.6A) auxiliary DC power supply for protection device operating power. 8 binary inputs (compatible with dry/wet contacts DC 0~250V) and 4 binary outputs (dry contacts, AC 250V/5A, DC 30V/5A). Communication: USB 2.0×2 + USB Device×1 + Ethernet (optional) .
Product Application
Substation Periodic Inspection: The Impedance Step Test module completes multi-zone distance protection setting verification in one run; Whole Set Test verifies reclosing and post-acceleration logic, with automatic waveform reports for archiving.
Transformer Differential Commissioning: The Differential Test module uses Y/Y/Δ-11 connection with automatically calculated balance coefficients, searching 8~10 knee points on percentage restraint curve; harmonic restraint test sweeps 2nd harmonic from 0% to 20%, with measured and setting curves overlaid.
ATS Logic Verification: The State Sequence module sets 5~8 consecutive states (normal → loss of voltage → trip → close standby → restore) to verify charge/discharge time, close delay, overload shedding logic.
Under-Frequency Load Shedding Calibration: The Frequency Test module decreases frequency from 50Hz at set rate to measure operating frequency and time; slip set to 2.5Hz/s and 3.5Hz/s respectively to verify blocking logic, with three-phase current output supporting current blocking conditions.
Rail Transit DC Protection: DC current source 0~±10A calibrates DC overcurrent relays; AC voltage source simulates DC switchgear loss-of-voltage signal for ATS verification. Compact dimensions (335×168×270mm) facilitate carrying in interval substations.
