Product Introduction
The intelligent control system is a highly efficient, reliable, and economical new control system developed with SIEMENS PLC at its core. The system integrates surge current and power frequency withstand voltage tests into a unified system while maintaining separate control. Extensive use of opto-isolation and switch isolation technology throughout the control system ensures the PLC's I/O operates in a fully isolated low-voltage environment, significantly enhancing the system's safety and reliability. Analog quantities such as voltage and current are processed using high-speed, high-precision digital modules with 12-bit resolution. Employing both hardware and software redundancy techniques, the entire control system achieves high precision, rapid response, and strong anti-interference capabilities. This effectively resolves interference issues such as spatial, ground potential, and power supply disturbances in high-voltage testing. Optimized human-machine interface and communication methods endow the entire control system not only with strong anti-interference capability, excellent stability, and high reliability, but also with significant scalability and robust programming and communication capabilities. This fundamentally transforms the time-consuming and labor-intensive operation of traditional control systems while greatly enhancing the repeatability and stability of test data.
