The system integrates surge current and power frequency withstand voltage tests into a unified system while maintaining separate control. Extensive use of opto-isolation and switch isolation technology throughout the control system ensures the PLC's I/O operates in a fully isolated low-voltage environment, significantly enhancing the system's safety and reliability. Analog quantities such as voltage and current are processed using high-speed, high-precision digital modules with 12-bit resolution.
