The MOEORW-WLP40 live-line measurement system for transmission line parameters is a professional testing device for power frequency parameters of high-voltage transmission lines, suitable for the entire process of commissioning and testing of 110kV and above lines .

With its variable frequency anti-interference technology, integrated design, simple wiring, accurate and fast measurement, it significantly improves on-site testing efficiency .

Before the commissioning of new lines, on-site measurements were taken, parameters of various transmission lines were tested, and on-site tests were conducted under strong outdoor interference conditions .

 

Product Introduction

 

The MOEORW-WLP40 live-line parameter measurement system for transmission lines can accurately measure the power frequency parameters (positive sequence capacitance, zero sequence capacitance, positive sequence impedance, zero sequence impedance, mutual inductance and coupling capacitance, phase-to-phase capacitance, etc.) of various high-voltage transmission lines (overhead, cable, mixed overhead and cable, and multiple circuits on the same pole).

The MOEORW-WLP40 transmission line parameter live-line measurement system meets the requirements of the "Commissioning and Acceptance Procedures for Basic Construction Projects of 110 kV and Above Transmission and Transformation", DL/T559-94 "Operation and Setting Procedures for 220-500kV Power Grid Relay Protection Devices", and GB50150-2016.

The instrument adopts an integrated structure with a built-in frequency converter power supply module, providing variable frequency and voltage output power. It employs digital filtering technology to avoid interference from power frequency electric fields, fundamentally solving the problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference.

Positive sequence impedance: This has been converted to positive sequence parameters per phase per kilometer.

Zero-sequence impedance: already converted to zero-sequence parameters per phase per kilometer.

Positive sequence capacitance: This is the positive sequence parameter that has been converted to ground per phase per kilometer of line.

Zero-sequence capacitance: already converted into the average zero-sequence parameter to ground per phase per kilometer.

Product features and applications

 

1. Quickly and accurately measure parameters such as positive sequence capacitance, zero sequence capacitance, positive sequence impedance, and zero sequence impedance of a line. It can also measure mutual inductance, coupling capacitance, and phase-to-phase capacitance between lines.

2. It has strong anti-interference ability and can accurately measure under the condition that the ratio of heterogeneous frequency signal to power frequency signal is 1:10;

3. The external wiring is simple. All circuit parameters can be measured by connecting the lead wire of the circuit under test only once. This completely solves the problems of cumbersome test wiring, interference, stability and accuracy of existing testing methods.

4. The instrument uses a high-speed single-chip microcomputer as its core to integrate the test power supply, instruments, and calculation model, condensing a truckload of equipment into a single instrument.

5. The instrument uses an 8-inch color touchscreen display and an embedded miniature English character printer to print the results;

6. The instrument testing process is fast and the instrument completes the test automatically. It can complete the measurement of one sequence parameter in one minute, shortening the test time. The workload of a traditional method can be completed in 20 minutes.

7. High measurement accuracy, easily separating power frequency and noise interference, effectively achieving high-precision measurement of small signals;
